Data Protection Specialist

Bulgari S.p.A., within its Compliance & CybersecurityDepartment based in Rome, is searching for a Data
Protection Analyst.
the Bulgari data protection privacy practice at WorldWide level, providing with operational support to both
the DPO and the entire organization in order to enable and to monitor the implementation of the Bulgari
data protection strategy, programs and control framework.
**Profile**:
Main Accountabilities
- Support the Data Protection Framework governance on all Bulgari companies.
geography's different needs.- Driving continued evolution and improvement of privacy-related controls, metrics and reporting.
- Support building and maintaining centralized privacy controls.
- Keep up with applicable privacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Analyze business initiatives, including new products, processes, and vendor relationships using
Security and Privacy Assessments and other tools to determine whether they create privacy risk
- and comply with privacy policies and processes.- Continually improving RPA's global data mapping (Record of Processing Activities) to ensure timely
response to the needs of individuals and of our customers.Professional Capabilities- 5 years' experience in a similar role within Consulting Firms or Headquarters
- Masters' degree
- Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or FIP
- Strong analytical skills and reporting techniques
- Proficient with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Proficient with privacy management technology, e.g.
OneTrust, Microsoft Office and Internet/Webbased Applications
- Fluency in Italian and English
