The Data Program PMO will collaborate closely with various departments - including business units, control functions, and IT - to coordinate projects and initiatives in the realm of Data Governance and Data Management processes. She/he will also interact with relevant stakeholders in Allianz Group and other Allianz entities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate Data Governance project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of project milestones.Support the definition of the Data Program of Allianz Italy to maximize the value of data.Monitor the Data Program execution via the Data & AI project portfolio.Prepare and deliver presentations for top management to communicate Data Governance initiatives, progress, and outcomes.Liaise with the Group Data Office on Data & AI topics to ensure alignment and integration with global initiatives.Coordinate the demand process for IT initiatives within the Data Office perimeter, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.Support the development and implementation of Data Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.KEY REQUIREMENTS Previous working experience (e.g. 3+ years) in managing enterprise-scale Data Governance projects as Project Manager or Data Governance specialist within large enterprises or consulting firms.Excellent proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.Familiarity with creating and delivering presentations for top management.Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style.Ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines, self-organizing work.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Italian and English.Background in insurance or financial services would be a plus.Knowledge of IDMC Informatica Tool and/or MS PowerBI would be a plus.Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or similar would be a plus.Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
