We are looking for a highly skilled Data Product Governance Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve a global Data Governance program. This role is critical in ensuring that data is managed as a strategic asset through a federated and computational governance approach. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing Data Governance programs and leading "Data as a Product" and "Data Mesh" transformations, with deep knowledge of key Data Governance frameworks such as DAMA. Candidate should have competences and experiences in organization benchmark and data governance operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's global Data Governance program.Define and enforce policies, standards, and procedures to ensure effective data management across the organization.Set up global and local data governance organization.Lead transformative data governance initiatives leveraging and following "Data as a Product" key principles and market guidelines.Collaborate with domain teams to implement a federated and computational governance approach.Manage and optimize tools like Data Catalogs and Data Product Marketplaces.Ensure compliance with Data Management and Data Governance best practices in line with architectural and infrastructural guidelines.Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Data Management and Data Governance.Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA) and data governance tools (data quality, data lineage, business glossary, etc.).Proven experience driving "Data as a Product" and "Data Mesh" transformations.Expertise in managing Data Catalogs and Data Product Marketplaces.Experience with federated and computational governance implementation.
