Job Description: As a Data Platform Engineer at Camlin, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of energy through data innovation. Collaborating closely with our dynamic team of data engineers, machine learning experts, and data scientists, you'll play a pivotal role in the management and evolution of the Data platform to create an environment for data analysis and the development of future data products. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, from architecting data and cloud solutions to managing SaaS Platforms. You will also be dedicated to enhancing our tools and applications by proactively addressing bugs, performing code refactoring, and ensuring top-notch quality.
Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy and maintain highly scalable data management systems. You will ensure that these systems meet business requirements and industry best practices.
Integrate emerging data technologies into existing Data Platform according to company needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address Data and Cloud-related requirements, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
Implement data flow solutions for both batch and streaming analytics.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and address failures.
Develop best practices for the implementation of Data Products.
Consistently update data platform architecture to meet evolving company needs.
