In this exciting position, you will manage data, support the setting and monitoring of targets, consolidate reports in line with the new regulatory requirements (i.e. EU CSRD), handle double materiality, contribute to mapping risks, create action plans for mitigation and remedies, and liaise with rating agencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer reporting, sustainability reports, and developing sustainability plans focused on decarbonization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Management System: Oversee and manage data using the company platform to ensure accuracy and integrity. Target Setting and Monitoring: Support the establishment and monitoring of environmental targets to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Reporting: Support effectiveness of reporting process management, ensuring consolidation of the reporting boundary and assess alignment with the international standards for the MSC Cargo Division. Double Materiality: Contribute to the assessment and management of double materiality to ensure comprehensive risk management. Rating Agencies: Support the preparation of questionnaires for rating agencies. Customer Reporting: Prepare and manage customer reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Sustainability Report: Compile and present sustainability reports to highlight the company's environmental and social performance. QUALIFICATIONS Proven 5-6 years experience in data management, preferably with Sphera. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with ESRS standards and reporting requirements. Experience in risk management and developing action plans. Knowledge of sustainability reporting and decarbonization strategies.
