- The position is part of the Southern Europe Commercial Operations Team.
Purpose of this role is to provide the Business Analytics and Pricing Manager with cross-activities support.
The Data Integrity and Business Analytics Specialist is required to have a technical background and a strong analytical attitude and attention to details.
Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly desiderable.
Knowledge of major IT programs and tools (Power BI) is required.

This position will be based in Rome.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES**:
- Sell In, Sell Out and Stock data analyses and value estimation
- Market data reporting
- Maintenance of the existing Dashboard in Power BI
- Interact with the other departments collecting the business needs and maximizing the potential of Power BI.
- Develop the integration in reporting FFE analytics (CRM) and sales (sell in and sell out, market data)
- Data updates and data integrity assurance in T&Q (module in SPM, Sales Performance Management)
- Ensure high data quality in our systems and integration of the information among the systems under the Commercial Operations umbrella (TP, SPM, HYBRIS, SAP, AZURE)
- Background support for Target set up and Incentives calculation for the Field Force
- Pricing monitoring.
**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**:
He/She is able to build efficient relationship with the Internal Stakeholders at all levels (Senior management, Customer Service).
Occasionally external relationship with wholesalers.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
Master degree in statistics, maths, engineering, economics or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficiency with Excel, Access and Power Point (version 2007 and successive)
- Good Knowledge of Power BI
- English: level B1
- Analytical skills, attention to details, accuracy
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, team worker
- Problem solving attitude.
