As a Data Entry, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions, escalating processing issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintained, following firm and industry regulations and operating practices, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and supporting process improvement initiatives.

6 month contract - Markham - Hybrid role
Pay rate: $19.5

Responsibilities:
SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful candidate will be supporting Wealth Shared Services with reconciling their regulatory documents. Scope of work may include but is not limited to:
Scanning/reviewing formsVerifying their completenessEnsuring it is aligned to correct account type (Trust, Corporations)Supporting any of the 3 other teams within the same department; training will be providedIncumbent will be required to participate in a mandatory huddle at the start date of the day, wherein ongoing tasks/assignments will be discussed. Regular communication with internal partners should be expected.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
2 years of Transaction Processing experienceStrong computer skills – particularly with MS Office, ExcelExcellent verbal & written communication skills NICE TO HAVE: Previous banking or Financial Industry experienceKnowledge of/experience with CRS or FATCA If you are interested in the data entry role, please apply online today!
