As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to data analysis activities by generating valuable Power BI reports to support the decision-making process for our pharmaceutical clients.
In addition, you will be actively involved in consulting activities, maintaining contact both directly with clients and working closely with internal teams to understand clients' needs.
Beyond this, you will serve as a mentor for junior team members, guiding and supporting their professional growth, while sharing your expertise and insights to ensure the team's success.
K - ACTIVITIES:Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.Design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes.Maintain and optimize data storage and processing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy, availability, and accessibility.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.Provide technical leadership in data architecture and design.Mentor and provide guidance to junior data engineers.Maintain direct contact with our international customers to understand their needs and support them in using our business intelligence products.Manage client expectations and ensure project timelines are met.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering.PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).Minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent role.Committed to ongoing technical and professional growth.Willingness to work collaboratively.Autonomy and result-oriented mindset.TECHNICAL SKILLS:Knowledge of Power BI and DAX.Knowledge of other analytic and reporting tools (Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy) is a plus.Microsoft Certifications such as DP-900 or PL-300 are highly regarded.What we offer: Permanent contract
