The Senior DD&T Expert leads the digital and technological strategy roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and IT leaders by guiding digital transformation projects to help the DD&T achieve their digital strategy.

How you will contribute: Design and develop DD&T solutions to business problems, adhering to the enterprise architecture direction and standards. This includes integrated processes, applications, data, and technology components. Prioritize initiatives by understanding business value, dependencies, and risks while balancing technical debt; makes decisive choices under pressure. Develop user stories and specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings ensuring implementation of design principles, technical guidelines and best practices as established for projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to support data-driven initiatives and projects. Provide technical support coordinating monitoring of daily operations. Life Cycle Management process for computerized systems following GxP process changes. Coordinate hardware and software selection, purchasing, installations, upgrades, and maintenance. What you bring to Takeda: Bachelor/Master degree in IT/Computer Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or relevant field with relevant years of experience in Manufacturing. 5+ years' experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems with experience (including hands-on) on large, complex Data, Digital & Technology projects from start to end. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and ability to understand and address business requirements. Strong and effective leadership, self-management, time management and project/program management skills The candidate possesses good knowledge of TechOps/DevOps, infrastructure, and system implementations. Experience in programming/data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages. Working knowledge of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software. Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across all levels of the organization to drive transformational change. Ability to write and speak in the English language, fluently.
