We're committed to our purpose to shape the future of real estate for a better world.What this job involvesData Center CSA Manager - Civil, Structural and Architecture responsible:Manage CSA Design evolution, Procurement strategy definition, and process promoter for all vendors related and Construction coordination and follow-up until commissioning is granted.Direct interlocutor with customer: head for project management to raise risks and possible mitigations or solutions.Define, coordinate, and manage planning, economics, quality, and health & safety for CSA as well as with related Equipment.OFCI coordination related to CSA.PMP elaboration, and definition of project strategies, procedures, and communications.Development of the process and purchasing strategy as well as management of the Project and/or Construction Packages Tender.Suppliers selection and customer presentation.Preparation of technical dossier for tender, reception of offers, realization of comparative and issuance of award recommendation.Organization of regular work monitoring meetings.Management and moderation of weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders.Preparation of Minutes of Meetings and periodic reports.Cost control, planning, change orders, and billing follow-up.Management and control of the commissioning of the works.Desired skills and experience for this job:Degree in Civil engineering or Architecture.Experience in construction management of Critical Infrastructures like Hospitals or Data Centers (5MW minimum) or Oil&Gas plants for at least 5 years.10 years of experience in the construction sector (projects and construction works).Essential knowledge of laws and regulations related to building construction.Analysis capacity for risk detection as well as the ability to search and propose solutions.Leadership capacity to achieve objectives and milestone compliance.Collaborative and team worker.Good communication and management skills of multidisciplinary work teams.Experience in dealing with customers for reporting and decision making.Essential good level of spoken and written English & Italian.Good level of use of Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Project/Primavera, TCQ/Presto, BIM 360 is required.Experience in companies with hierarchical structures and internal procedures.Organized in the analysis, structured in the reporting and transmission of information.What you can expect from usWe succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together, and celebrating our success.
