Join our team We are searching for a Data Center Solution Engineer (all genders), based in Germany, Switzerland or Italy.
How you spend your time: You will direct the technical development, design, and systems integration for client engagements from definition throughout implementations. You will develop unique products and solutions to add value to our clients and to elevate ourselves to the market. You will share your great knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients and establish relations with top-value customers: end users, consultants, developers, system integrators, installers. You will work closely with our data center experts around the world to build an internal Center of Expertise and work alongside on multiple large and complex national projects. Your profile: Bachelor's / Master's degree or comparable degree in a technical or information technology environment. Experience in developing on-premise data center solutions in a business unit, including driving technical support, solutions engineering, project management and after-sales services. Experience in developing a diverse technical and service team with different needs and skills and in processing of partner programs including certification through learning sessions and training programs. Knowledge in developing product and solutions based on sales team requirements and market demand in collaboration with the Product Management team. Certifications like Data Center Design Consultant (DCDC) or Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCD/CDCDP) or UPTIME Accredited Tier Designer would be a great asset. Good knowledge of English; German would be an advantage. You are living in the wider area of one of our locations (Altdorf / Switzerland, Hattersheim / Germany, Lomazzo / Italy).
