Data Center Project ManagerFor an international and ambitious client we are looking for a Data Center Project ManagerFor an international and ambitious client we are looking for a Data Center Project ManagerThe candidate be responsible to manage Engineering Procurement and Construction phases of a Data Center and support Business Development and Proposal Management activities prior to acquisition.
Activities:Lead and support the architects, engineers, and other specialty disciplines from initial programming to construction completion.Interface to internal engineering groups, operations and business units to manage execution and delivery of project requirements.Manage internal and external teams to meet deadlines and budget as per project needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all those stakeholders.Analysis of the Tender documentation, identify winning solutions, review of all proposals.
Prepare and present comparative cost analysis.Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.Travel to meet Clients or Suppliers or Manage Site Activities.Uphold the Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork.The successful candidate shall have the following key qualifications:6+ years demonstrated ability as a data center (or similar) construction project manager.Strong background in data center/commercial/industrial construction to include telecom, mechanical, electrical, process piping, plumbing building systems, tenant improvement, site work and ground up construction.Knowledge of General ContractorAbility to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.English is mandatoryGreat opportunity in a international contest #J-18808-Ljbffr
