Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include:
7x24 roster duty in data center operationsIncident first responder and onsite hands-on supportBreak-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelineMaintain proper media operations according to process guidelineCapacity landing and decommissioning according to process guidelineSite management and maintain tidiness in operation areasInnovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency Minimum Requirements- 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, with degree / high diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts, and understanding on incidents response and prioritization, experience in network cabling including optical
- Good attention to details and good written and verbal communication in English
- 1+ years of data center experience
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Knowledge on continuous process improvement
- Literacy in security and customer data protection
