We are seeking talented technicians who can take ownership, eager to learn and self-motivated. The successful candidate shall follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software. They need to adapt to fast and constantly changing environment and will require shift work including weekend and holiday.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include:
7x24 roster duty in data center operationsIncident first responder and onsite hands-on supportBreak-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelineMaintain proper media operations according to process guidelineCapacity landing and decommissioning according to process guidelineSite management and maintain tidiness in operation areasInnovate and contribute from day to day operation experiences to improve operation efficiencyBASIC QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experienceKnowledge of IT system hardware and network conceptsDegree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplinesUnderstanding on incidents response and prioritizationGood attention to detailsGood written and verbal communication in EnglishExperience in network cabling including opticalPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of data center experienceKnowledge of cloud computing technologiesKnowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologiesKnowledge on continuous process improvementLiteracy in security and customer data protectionPosted: May 14, 2024 (Updated 5 days ago)
