In this regional role, you will be part of the regional Commercial Center of Excellence for data & analytics empowering data-based decisions to drive performance and redefining the ways we interact with our customers. You will play a key role building and deploying solutions to implement our data strategy and help transform analytics capabilities across the region.As a member of the EMA Commercial Center of Excellence for data & analytics, you will need to have a passion for data, be exceptionally strong at understanding and preparing commercial data with modern solutions and creating data visualisations making data easy to interpret by business partners, using innovative approaches.Key Responsibilities:Guide, design and deliver with local commercial teams across EMA best in class action oriented BI dashboardsGo to person for our existing regional data processes that feed regionally developed dashboards: run, maintain and debug existing data models and flowsimprove to further automate processes supporting commercial analytics in local markets and at regional levelSupport CoE analytics services in designing and further development of data related pipelines from internal and external sourcesResponsible for commercial data related processes and dashboard documentation effort to improve business continuity between business/IT and region/local marketsResponsible for triaging and handling data & analytics related tickets/requirements submitted by local Business Intelligence analystsSupport processes for new data sets acquisition, integration & distributionEnsure appropriate usage of data & controlled accessEstablish metrics to measure the quality of the data & monitor usageCollaborate with colleagues on data validation and data coordination activitiesThis role will not have people management responsibilities to start with.Qualifications Education:Degree in computer sciences, statistics, mathematics or related field preferredExperience and Skills:Required:Exceptional analytical skills with 3-4 years' experience in sales & marketing operations or business insightsAdvanced experience with SQL: Modifying data via UPDATE, INSERT and MERGE, understanding of stored procedures, triggers, indexing, primary and foreign keys, basic performance optimisationExperience with Python and/or RExperience working with Postgres/Redshift/SQL ServerAdvanced experience with Alteryx (desktop + server) and Tableau (desktop + server)Experience reading and interpreting system documentationKnowledge of software development process and frameworks: testing, code repository management (version control), AGILE frameworkPreferred:Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com or MSF DynamicsExperience with digital media channels data (GA) and digital marketing analyticsExperience working with APIsExperience working with data catalogue toolPowerApp developer experienceBasic shell scripting (powershell/DOS)Previous experience working with SAP or similar ERPOther:Previous experience in Healthcare industry will be a plusJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
