Job DescriptionWe are searching for a Data Analyst with at least 2-3 years of experience to join the Italian Compliance AML Department.In particular, we are looking for a person with curiosity for data and attention to detail to support the Data Analyst and Reporting team in collecting and analyzing data from various sources; preparing mandatory reports to be sent to several authorities; developing and implementing data analysis tools and techniques; creating reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders; and collaborating with other teams to develop data-driven strategies.Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, the Data Analyst and Reporting Team is responsible for:The processing and control of the mandatory reporting to which the Company is periodically required;The verification of the quality, integrity, and completeness of the data subject to registration according to applicable legislation;Designing, creating, and maintaining regular, ad-hoc, and automated reports, presentations, and analysis;Ensuring the accuracy of data and derived information;Organizing and transforming data into comprehensible, usable, and actionable information.Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of SQL and T-SQL (queries, subqueries, views, functions, procedures, table creation and modification, insertions from code and files).In-depth knowledge of Excel (v/xlookup, sumif, mid, len, pivot, and graphs; knowledge of VBA and Power Query is preferred).Excellent knowledge of relational databases and data models.A technical degree or certifications are required.Fluent in Italian and English, spoken and written.
