The
- **Data Analyst Manager **drives improvements in business by providing in-depth insights and analysis.
He/she is responsible for leading the team to leverage data and analytics to generate insights accelerating the scale, efficiency and quality of our services, and the strategic decision-making across the organization.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Conduct a business intelligence roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business
- Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of dashboards, analytic capabilities and data-driven processes that drive business value
- Develop reports that monitor key business metrics such as:
- Purchase Price Variance
- DPO
- Present analysis and recommendations to senior management, using data-driven storytelling and advocate for business intelligence solutions that will help the organization to meet goals and strategic change
- Coordinate with Finance Teams to ensure consistency of Sourcing and Procurement results with Financial Reports
- Drive and manage a team of professionals to create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations, in collaboration with the other Operations Functions
- Monitor industry trends to identify upcoming challenges or opportunities for the organization
- Recommend changes to existing business intelligence processes or policies to improve efficiency.
- Requirements:
- Education: Degree in computer science, mathematics, business, engineering or any other related fields- Languages: Italian, fluent English- Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar role in an Electronic Manufacturing Company- Expertise to prepare and explain reports
- Knowledge of Standard Cost creation by commodity
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power-point or any other visualization tools
- Proficient in SAP
- Consolidated experience in making real-time dashboards
- Strong ability to tackle problems with limited data and ambiguity
- Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize with changing workload in a fast-paced environment
