Tasks Dive deep into our client's talent databases to extract valuable insights and trends.
Utilize your expertise in Looker to craft visually stunning and informative dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Identify key metrics and KPIs to track talent performance and engagement.
Develop predictive models to anticipate future talent needs and challenges.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience with Looker (mandatory).
Proven track record of interpreting complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Recruitment metrics (nice to have).
