Data Analyst

Manpower is seeking a Data Analyst for AbbVie, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the industry.
The responsibilities include: - Facilitate and enforce the partner's teams to perform data, impact and root cause analysis of the data quality issues; - Partner with the Data and Analytics teams to deliver high data quality solutions to International business; - Translates data gathered from user discussions into data requirements.
Identifies business/system needs and recommends solutions.
Assists with the testing and develops preliminary findings.
- Support analysis over the data flows monitoring activities and generates KPIs measurements; - Implement Data Operations Communication Plans leveraging available tools and platforms - Update the overall End to end diagrams related to the main data flows keeping in contact with the Development and Support teams.
Requirements: - Degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field preferred; - +1 Years of experience in data analysis and/or data operations - Experience working with solutions like: Business analytics tools, SQL tools or Salesforce Marketing Cloud; - Excellent oral and written English skills (the work will be conducted entirely in English) - Ability to work remotely and travel to Rome approximately once every two months.
