Data Analyst

- Deep knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Knowledge of Powe BI and SAP will be a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English
**Position Summary**
This role is based at our Headquarter in Milan (Assago), you will help the growth on Customer Relation Center Team in activities such as:
- Maintaining and creating new dashboard to track metrics and visualize insights.
- Manage existing analytics, including automation/modernization the data knowledge.
- Lead sub-teams to create KPIs and Dashboards, helping colleagues to understand the real needs.
- Helping the Process Engineer in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
