**The team you will be a part of**:
- The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness.
Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands.
May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.
**This role in summary**:
The D2C Commercial Lead will be responsible of the development, definition and execution of the commercial strategies for e-commerce D2C and marketplaces for the brands: Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Indesit.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Development and definition of the Assortment and the Pricing strategies per brand together with other stakeholders
- Commercial Calendar definition to reach the targets of main KPIs and to run Actions in strong collaboration with CRM and Paid Media stake-holders
- Analysis and Reporting on Business Performance vs targets and taking out of main insights
- Constant monitor of main KPIs (NS, Qty sold, DCM, AOV, CR)
- Proposal on Corrective Actions to improve the Business Performance
- Product Analysis Performance
- Sales Estimation and Product Planning to guarantee constant Stock presence
- Product activation on front-end and back-end tools
- Competitors Activity mapping
- Systems and Processes optimization
- Contribution to the platform functioning improvement and UI/UX optimization
- Marketplace management Ebay/Amazon
**Minimum requirements**:
- Bachelor /Master's degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Analytical skills and Critical Thinking
- Good knowledge of BI tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, SAP
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Power Point
