As the Cybersecurity Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and mitigating risks associated with cyber threats.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business objectives.Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of robust security controls to protect sensitive financial data and systems.Oversee incident response and recovery efforts, ensuring rapid mitigation of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability scans, providing actionable recommendations.Collaborate with other teams to integrate security into all aspects of the organization's operations.Stay updated on emerging threats, trends, and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape.Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party security solutions.Prepare and present regular security reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.Support any other operations/CRM-related tasks.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity within the financial services or banking industry.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.In-depth knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and best practices for cybersecurity.Proficiency in implementing security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.Strong expertise in incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate in high-pressure environments and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in English.
