Cybersecurity Governance Specialist

Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated individual for the role of Cybersecurity Governance Specialist Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct risk assessments and internal vulnerability assessments.
Develop and implement security awareness and training programs.
Monitor compliance with security policies and standards.
Investigate and address security incidents.
Maintain and update security documentation.
Stay updated on security threats and trends.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Risk Management teams.
Audit and assess security controls.
Report on security risks and compliance issues.
Evaluate new implementations/products for security.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience in security governance or related field.
Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
Experience with risk assessments and mitigation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Desired Skills: Experience with security compliance audits.
Knowledge of security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience with security incident response.
Experience with security awareness and training.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
