Manpower s.r.l. is looking for Cybersecurity Assurance Senior Engineer .
Accountabilities:
Ensure selection, configuration and maintenance of basic tools and assets for cybersecurity.
Define cybersecurity assurance processes and procedures in compliance with the applicable (railway) standards.
Perform cybersecurity assurance activities for rolling stock software systems and produce the required deliverables.
Analyze, derive and allocate cybersecurity requirements for vehicle software systems.
Perform/Ensure internal support for execution of third parties cybersecurity audits, risk/vulnerability assessments and certifications and resolve the related non-conformities.
Perform/Ensure internal support for execution of third parties cybersecurity testing and validation activities and analyze the related results.
Guarantee the required security of software products by defining and communicating the security objectives and by checking the software life cycle related work products.
The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from managerial to technical.
The position is based in Napoli, Italy .
Qualifications:
Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications / Associate Degree or equivalent technical background.
English Proficiency.
Advanced knowledge of main programming languages and application software design and testing environments (C / C++, Java, Python, Windows, Linux, Eclipse).
Advanced knowledge of software engineering IT tools (in particular requirements management tools such as IBM Rational DOORS, software configuration management tools such as Subversion or similar and Test Management Framework for software testing).
Preferred knowledge of software applications and frameworks for cybersecurity related activities.
Ability to configure, integrate and support the use of specific applications to form a software engineering toolchain.
Knowledge of main reference standards for cybersecurity (ISO 27000, IEC 62443, NIST 800 series).
Knowledge of main reference standards and models used in railway sector to assure the software quality (Cenelec EN 50128, IEEE 1558, CMMI for DEV, ISO 9001 and ISO TS 22163).
Excellent analytical thinking and good observation skills.
Ability to combine different sources and different types of evidence and summarize in an overall view their suitability for the purpose or their constraints and limitations.
Previous experience in railway or similar sector for cybersecurity tasks.
