We are looking for an Cyber Security Specialist based in MILAN.
Our Cyber Security Department works to create and maintain the safest operating environment for Valentino's users and Valentino business. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving the following key responsibilities:
Define and evaluate new methodologies with SOC team to improve detection and response for new threats Monitor and analyze security alerts and vulnerabilities to determine the appropriate response Work closely with the incident response team to contain and eradicate security threats Collaborate with the SOC team to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement of the End Point Protection solution Monitor the delivery of services to ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs Collaborate with various IT teams to schedule, plan, and deliver technical recommendations and team support Identify cyber security gaps in existing and proposed projects Foster and maintain a strong cybersecurity culture with other IT teams Key Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements Proven experience as a SOC Analyst or in a similar cybersecurity role Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, EDR/XDR, Vulnerability Management solutions, PAM tools, and other security technologies Teamwork attitude Fluent in oral and written English and Italian (other languages are a plus) The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
