About the role: For our Polo Italia Customs team based in Alba (CN), we are currently looking for a Customs Specialist .
Main Responsibilities: Covering this position, you will support Ferrero companies in Italy with Customs-related issues .
In particular, you will ensure compliance in import/export processing and Customs classification , accurately drafting the related declarations and documents.
Additionally, you will provide necessary documentation for Customs authorities, in order to support the operational management of the inbound and outbound flows . You will use the Customs Decisions System , working with the Supply Chain and Finance departments on Customs issues.
In this role, you will also review and monitor Customs regimes , guarantee for the related authorizations and work for the proper functioning and maintenance of the AEO authorization .
Who we are looking for: Thanks to your degree or equivalent qualification in Customs/Trade matters and your 2-6 years of experience in Customs and Trade compliance , you will bring strong operational and technical skills to the team.
Your deep knowledge of Customs regimes and AEO , combined with your interpersonal and teamwork skills, will be essential. Your detail-orientation, organization, and capability to manage multiple priorities are key elements for us.
Proficient in MS Office, you will also use SAP , the Customs Decisions System and the TARIC databases.
