As a Customs Process Administrator, you will manage and execute activities which must be carried out in order to comply with international customs laws, such as the embarkment, disembarkment, entry, exit, movement, deposit, or transit of goods across borders and subject to customs control.
You will work closely with our colleagues in Operations performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks.
Job responsibilities: Management of import and export operations: customs declarations and related control of what has been declared, attention to the documentation necessary for the customs clearance of goods, final active invoicing.Direct dialogue with customs authorities, Chamber of Commerce, and consulates.Management of various instances: reviews, cancellations of customs bills, etc.Compilation of Intrastat declarations. Key requirements: The ideal candidate should be able to speak Italian and English at a proficient level, both written and spoken. Should be able to work on data analysis (VLOOKUP and PIVOT TABLE), and minimum experience in customs operations may be beneficial and help you with a smooth transition in the role.
Location: Turin, Italy. No relocation or VISA support can be provided.
Type of Contract: This position is on a fixed-term contract.
