What we offer: As a Customs Process Administrator you will manage and execute activities which must be carried out in order to comply with international customs laws, such as the embarkment, disembarkment, entry, exit, movement, deposit or transit of goods across borders and subject to customs control.You will work closely with our colleagues in Operations performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks.
You will have the chance to work in a hybrid working environment that will allow you to perform your tasks in the setting that better fits your professional and personal needs.

This position is on a fixed term contract.
Job responsibilities Management of import and export operations: customs declarations and related control of what has been declared, attention to the documentation necessary for the customs clearance of goods, final active invoicing.
Direct dialogue with customs authorities, Chamber of Commerce and consulates Management of various instances: reviews, cancellations of customs bills, etc.
Compilation of Intrastat declarations The ideal candidate should be able to speak Italian and English at a proficient level, both written and spoken.
A minimum experience in customs operations may be beneficial and help you with a smooth transitions in the role.
