Be Part of Our Signature Mix General Description of the Role The Customs Logistics Coordinator carries out an advisory activity in the Italian customs field for Campari Group companies. Through knowledge and interrogating internal and external experts (Customs, financial offices, ministries, associations, ...), she/he helps find the right solutions in line with business in the customs area. She/he follows the application of procedures and, if necessary, takes care of the drafts of others in order to ensure corporate alignment with customs law.
Mission / Objectives Key Responsibilities and Activities Manage the opening and renewal of the Customs Authorities.Manage and maintain AEO authorization and follows up on related audits and reviews by the Customs Agency.Manage and monitor the proper operation of import and export operations of finished goods.Manage and monitor the proper operations carried out by operators in bonded warehouses.Manage the Special Rules and bank guarantees in collaboration with Treasury.Manage the "Classification of Goods", deal with the request/predisposition of the Certificates of Origin.Care about the relative affiliations the inspections carried out by the customs officials in the production units and at the headquarters.Carry out training activities with colleagues of the headquarters and the plants in relation to the regulations in force.Maintain contacts with external offices such as Customs, Ministries, Associations.Coordinate Customs Specialists by giving them all necessary support for training and professional growth.Key Relationships: Internal: Group Tax Director, Group Tax & Transfer Pricing Coordinator, Tax Manager, Plant Director, Plant Excise & MI.PA.A.F.
