We are looking for a Customer Technical & Quality Service Specialist to be inserted in our CTQS function in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD) directly reporting to the CTQS Coordinator.
We initially offer a **fixed-term contract**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Pre and Post Sales management
- Achieving the right balance in the negotiation of Quality and Technical Agreements with Customers
- Ensuring, cooperating with the other stakeholders, the best level of service to our Customers
**Qualifications**
- _
Education_: Engineering / Scientific Management degree or related fields
- _
Languages_: Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
- _
Experience_: 1 to 3 years in pharmaceutical devices companies in Quality Control functions or R&D or Product Development

Skills_: Customer Focus, Negotiation, Analytical Approach, Problem Solving, Technical Acumen, Decision Making, Leadership
