For our Robotics business area, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist/Spare Parts Specialist. Reporting to the Parts & Logistics Manager, you will support the Spare Parts team by managing the entire customer supply process, from quotation to invoicing, ensuring world-class customer service throughout the whole parts request handling process.
Your responsibilitiesManage inquiries, orders, deliveries, invoicing related to spare parts.Identify parts (when needed with the help of suppliers, local & global technical people) and provide customers with prompt and reliable answers to their spare part enquiries.Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations.Insert customers' orders into SAP complying to all relevant internal processes, local and global policies & procedures.Monitor the delivery status and make sure the customer expectations with regards to parts delivery are met.Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve any issue to allow their payment.Understand the Life Cycle Managements (LCM) of Robotics.Provide outstanding service and satisfaction at every customer touch point.Your backgroundPreferably 2 years of experience in the role.Excellent knowledge of Office Package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.An agile and proactive approach, with quick learning abilities and attention to details.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.Your benefitsEnjoy a stable employment in a company with a long history in innovation and technology.Collaborate with experienced experts in an international environment.Seize individual development and training opportunities, from job specific to soft skills.Get private medical care (including offers for family members).Receive attractive remuneration based on your experience and skills, and other financial benefits.Choose from various benefits in kind, ranging from healthy lifestyle offerings, to knowledge sharing, to teambuilding activities.Smartworking.For further info: Gaia Pinto, Talent Partner
