Who we are looking forWe are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will provide customer support across all the company's products by working in synergy with the different product teams and enhancing their skills through continuous training.
The resource will be in charge of managing inbound customer care activities through a ticketing system by directing requests to the competent office and resolving critical first-level issues. In addition, he/she will be responsible for providing guidance information on company products and monitoring services.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
High school diploma or degreePrevious work experience in Customer Service (preferably in IT/digital: use of ticketing system, compliance with SLAs and assurance levels)Good level of written and spoken EnglishGood knowledge of the Office packageFor this role we value skills such as organisational ability, proactivity, orientation and commitment to business objectives, as well as aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
A period of formation and on-the-job training is foreseen for the recruited resource.
The proposed position will be commensurate with the professional experience and the salary in line with the real skills of the candidates. The search is aimed at both sexes (L.903/77).
