For the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business we are looking for a Customer support specialist who will join our Robotics Customer Care located in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan).
Your responsibilities Deal with customers' orders (Robots, agreements, services, training), verifying the correctness and accuracy of the data.
Order handling mainly in SAP and other company's tools.
Manage contact with suppliers and factories.
Invoice, working close Business and Sales.
Take care of customer requests, ensuring the best customer experience.
Take care of customer complaints, looking for solutions to resolve them.
Comply with the company's integrity and SOX procedures.
Your background Degree, preferably in economics.
Preferably 2 years of experience in the role.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Good knowledge of Windows, Excel, Outlook.
Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
Good communication skills and strong customer focus.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
