We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing internal and external customer support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Global Sales Support Manager, this role will be responsible for providing internal and external customer support and coordinating with relevant resources to ensure complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction.Our target salary for this role ranges from 30,000 - 40,000 EUR per year plus additional bonuses and benefits.Your Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the E2E order management process in the global ERP (e.g., order entry, confirmation, invoicing, coordination for commissioning).Become the key contact within operations with the regional organization (Sales, Project Management).Coordinate with other operations teams (Planning, Procurement) as well as with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.Drive performance in terms of OTD for order confirmation and on-time delivery.Proactively inform customers about issues on the status based on inputs and clarify any questions.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process and escalate internally as necessary.Your BackgroundYou have a degree in Languages, Economics, or Technical Field with at least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles.Experience in a similar business with a multi-cultural stakeholder is considered a plus.Knowledge of SAP and previous experiences in the logistics area are considered a plus.Dynamic mindset, ability to multi-task, willingness to learn new things, collaborative and proactive, continuously proposing solutions.Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
