Customer Support - Paid Relocation To Greece

We are looking for a  Italian speaking Customer Support Specialist  to assist customers for our client in  Athens, Greece .
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll do: Deliver excellent support to  customers  via chat, email, and phone 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions Requirements Italian Language:  C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
English Language:  B2 level (training provided in English).
