Customer Support - Paid Relocation To Greece

We are looking for an Italian speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers for our client in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do: Deliver excellent support to customers via chat, email, and phone 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions Requirements: Italian Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken) English Language: B2 level (training provided in English) Relocate to Athens, Greece Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries Experience in customer support role is preferred but not required Benefits: €1045 base salary with a €150 monthly performance bonus Relocation package for Greece (we cover your flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, assistance in finding an apartment) Competitive monthly salary + 2 extra salaries per year Health insurance Opportunity to work in a global environment with a leading brand Relocation assistance to help you settle into Athens Ice cream and pizza day in the office #J-18808-Ljbffr
