Your tasks will include:
Responsibility of onboarding key customers from Italy, incl. training new customers on how to use the marketplace and our processes. Activation of customers: Actively approaching and supporting customers in order to grow together through regular use of the marketplace. Processing customer enquiries by e-mail or telephone, providing support with technical problems and clarifying questions about our products and processes. Acquiring new customers in the Italian market. Active participation in the improvement of our solutions for customers in the Italian market and support in their implementation. Your profile
Professional experience in customer service or customer success management. Italian at C2 (native speaker) level. Outstanding communication skills and ability to keep a cool head in difficult situations. Technical affinity with digital tools - experience with Salesforce is a plus. Organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently. English or German at C1 Fluent Level. Fluency in Czech or French would be a plus. Why us?
