About the role Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Work with customer stakeholders to understand their goals, assess their capabilities, and assist with recommendations.
Understand and have knowledge of Mews products.
Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change management based on their needs.
Work alongside the project management team in assisting with planning and delivery of tasks.
Build relationships with customers' IT and business leadership.
Collaborate across different teams, effectively communicating customers' needs with product teams.
Assist with cross-department requests, Asana tasks, and projects.
Minimum Requirements Experience working in a cross-functional and customer-interfacing role focused on customer retention and revenue growth.
Track record of growing a client portfolio of 50+ customers.
Fluent in English and Italian; any further languages are a bonus!
Ability to prioritize tasks based on value, timeline, and interdependency.
Creative thinking and strong presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to think and respond quickly in front of customers.
Ability to grasp technological and business concepts.
Understanding of PMS products and platform features.
Experience using tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Asana, PowerBI, and Slack.
