Job Description The Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's products or services. The Customer Success Manager manages customer onboarding, acts as a spokesperson for our organization, assists the customer, organizes and guides periodically the services review to the Clients, proposes new services for cross-selling, facilitates contact with customer support and represents the customer's needs within the company.
Responsibilities:
Guide new customers through the setup process and ensure they understand how to use the product.
Develop relationships with customers, being their main contact.
Provide ongoing support and address any issues or concerns customers may have.
Conduct product demonstrations to help customers understand the value and functionality of the product.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
Represent the customer's needs and interests within the company to ensure they are met.
Monitor and report on measurements related to customer success, such as customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications +5 years experience in customer success positions.
Familiarity with the product and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Analyze customer data and feedback to guide improvements.
Manage multiple customer accounts and tasks.
