We are hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team, based in our office in Rome.
This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and success with our products/services.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients, understand their needs, and maximize the value they receive.
Responsibilities include building strong relationships, guiding clients through their journey, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries.
