**Job Description**:
As a Customer Success Manager you will represent Avery Dennison with key Retail Brand Customers to be their single point of contact to provide supply chain strategy and solution to customers, and ensure service level targets are fulfilled with continuous improvement to become simpler, faster and more competitive.
In this role you will be wired directly into the Retail Brand Owners (RBO) supply chain and our internal supply to create a fully integrated supply chain organization and be the key interface for Operations and Technical teams.
One of the main tasks is to ensure our customer understands the value we bring with our service level and partner with them to provide them a solution on their current and future needs.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Identify key contacts, establish direct working and Serve as the single point of contact for Operations and Supply Chain with the retail brand
Establishing a regular cadence with the retail brand to review operational and supply chain performance by using Avery Dennison metrics
Coordinating key internal stakeholders - account management, customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
- to drive improvement in key metrics (service) and quickly resolve issues.
Recommending and developing sourcing strategies to better service the RBO
Understand market requirements and operational limitations to set the right expectations with the customer
Provide intelligence on RBO needs and understand market requirements and operational limitations program background and customer expectations
Help to increase revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts
Increase customer retention and drive customer satisfaction to facilitate the digital transformation process
Participate to global account management processes to plan and execute on key account strategies and initiatives
Leverage strong customer relationships to partner with customer in the pursuit of new opportunities; guide customers in strategic decision-making
Reference in-depth knowledge of full range of Avery Dennison solutions in partnering with customers to identify ideal product options and features
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role and managing a portfolio of B2B business accounts, either as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager consulting,
- A customer-loyalty mindset with the ability to empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers' needs first
- Collaboration, Project Management, and CRM capabilities and experience with relevant tools
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
- Excellent consulting, listening, and communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to establish working relationships at all levels at the client side
- Strong ability to derive insight from data and build actionable strategy based on analysis
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the client
- Willingness to travel (around 30-35% of the time)
