We are looking for a Customer Service Trainee who will support the order process and collaborate with internal departments and customers.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities Manage sales orders, prices, discount conditions, and customer records in the ERP system; Provide orders to the warehouse and logistics within the daily cutoff; Handle the administrative processing of returned goods; Ensure invoices are accurate and match the conditions of the original orders; Support and monitor the order process from entry to delivery; Coordinate all activities to verify and record debit notes or issue credit notes; Deal directly with customers and the sales force by telephone or email to manage customer inquiries (delivery dates, questions on invoices, price discounts, return policy for damaged goods, etc.).
The profile requires Soft Skills  Good interpersonal skills; Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize; Detail-oriented skills;  Customer-oriented;  Technical skills Knowledge of accounting (e.g., invoices, payment methods, credit notes, debits, statements); SAP (preferably);  Intermediate English; Proficient in Microsoft Office;  If you think you are a good match, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply.
