Job Title Customer Service Tender & Quote Specialist, Contract Admin Job Description Tender & Quote specialist, Contract Admin :
You will be focusing on the management of bid/tender process to provide high quality proposals on time ensuring each is competitive and compliant and meets the company targets for growth and profitability. Your role: Monitoring and Maintaining tenders announcement and providing info to Key Account Managers. Producing and preparing all documents including quotations for tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines service contracts. Preparing quotes for private customer on Key Account Managers demand. Conducting Pre quote activities (credit check, realization time update, etc.) Contract Management; collect and prepare document related to contract preparation and maintenance of contracts during the whole period for public and private customer, with regard to all of the Italian Law and requiriments. Setting priorities and ensures correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes. Ensuring correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment in terms of tender related issues with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating and preparing quotes approval in dedicated tool. Cooperate with internal team to delivery the right level of service on daily escalation You're the right fit if you have: Master or bachelor degree of Administration, Biomedical Engineering or an equivalent combination of related experience and education. 2-5 years of experience in a role working closely with Customer Service or Sales Service departments. Experience of public sector tendering process and public portal. Experience in drafting and interpreting (Service) Contracts. You have good oral and written communication skills in English.
