Communication in Spanish and Portuguese with clients who have high expectations of quality service
Providing sales advice and support when clients are willing to buy a company product
Processing orders in a company system
Handling of service requests
RequirementsCustomer service experience
Highly advanced Spanish, Portuguese, and English (spoken and written professional communication daily)
MS Office
Client orientation and excellent communication skills
Responsibility, result-orientation, meticulousness
Proficient level of Czech is an advantage
SAP or Navision is an advantage
