Customer Service Specialist (M/F/D)

SkyAlps is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d).
Main Responsibilities: Provide telephone and written advice to our guests and travel agencies regarding our vacation packages; Understand customer needs and offer specific solutions; Manage customer profiles in our booking systems; Research and book personalized offers in close collaboration with internal departments; Organize travel dates with our partners, ensuring special requests are fulfilled and the quality of bookings is maintained; Assist in analyzing service quality to improve travel offers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Profile: You enjoy selling and are enthusiastic about our product; You speak fluent German and Italian, and have a good command of English; You have a positive attitude and see challenges as opportunities; You are quick to learn new knowledge; You communicate clearly and friendly, even in fast-paced situations; You remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks; Preferably, you have experience in sales or the tourism sector; A residence or domicile in nearby areas or willingness to relocate is required.
