**Your Team**
**Your Tasks**
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers, warmly receiving their inquiries and assisting with quick problem resolution
- For this purpose, you will be in close contact with various stakeholders in the company (Sales, Production, Logistics)
- You will enter customer orders into the system and monitor their processing status
- You will handle requests for product samples from potential and existing customers and ensure their timely dispatch
- You will also take on other back-office activities, such as invoice verification or inventory management
**Your Profile**
- You enjoy a diverse and varied range of tasks
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service within the B2B sector (trade or industry preferred)
- Even in stressful situations, you remain calm, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
- You are interested in familiarizing yourself with our diverse product portfolio
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and you take a proactive approach to your responsibilities
