FFW's mission centers on forging strong alliances with partners, tailoring its approach to each specific brand for customized solutions.We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with previous experience.They will be responsible for the following tasks: • Assisting customers in the purchasing process, pre- and post-sale, via email and telephone. • Managing customer complaints.• Processing returns, credit notes, and refunds.• Cancelling orders.• Following up on shipments.• Managing customer information.The candidate must meet the following requirements: • C1/C2 Level English – written and spoken.• C1/C2 Level French – written and spoken.• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.• Ability to work well in a team. Full-time employment with a commercial contract based on the candidate's level of experience Monday to Friday work week Florence #J-18808-Ljbffr
