We are looking for a customer service specialist (fixed time).

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE: Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence;Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints;Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and KPI;Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.WHO YOU ARE: You are proactive and dynamic;You are a strong team player;You are fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).Be part of the change management process that we are undertaking!
