Customer Service Specialist – Fixed Time

We are looking for a customer service specialist (fixed time) .

Arcese offers the possibility of a placement in the Customer Success Team , at its headquarters in Chiari (BS).
YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE: Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence; Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints; Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and KPI; Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.
WHO YOU ARE: You are proactive and dynamic; You are a strong team player; You are fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).
