As Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of our team to be the point of contact in a B2B environment.
You have a caring attitude, understand customer centricity, and the ability to translate customers' needs into effective solutions.
You are either an accomplished professional or at the start of your career; either way, you are a good team player willing to grow in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities First point of contact for Italian and European customers;Accurate management of customer orders up to fulfilment;Supervise product shipment with reference to seasonal orders;Manage commercial correspondence with customers, interfacing and collaborating with Area Manager, Logistics, and Accounting Offices;Handling of claims and information requests coming from clients;Reporting Activities;Principal Skills Required Communication, Customer Service, and organizational skills;Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel;Fluent English; any additional language is an advantage;Who You Are
For this role, we're looking for someone with:
Bachelor's Degree in Languages or Economics;1+ years of experience in a similar role;Excellent English and Italian;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Ability to work under pressure;Problem-solving and focus on results;Ability to interact with business functions and customers;Excellent organizational and technical skills;No travel requirement;
